At ClubTelco, we always want you to be happy with the plan you are on. That's why if we think there's a new ClubTelco plan with better value, we'll let you know about it and you can decide to move plans with no plan change fees.

3. Month to Month Plans

Here at ClubTelco we don't force you to sign up to a long term contract. We want you to stay with us because you want to, not because you have to. That's why all our terms are month-to-month.

4. No Set Up Fees for Compatible Services

At ClubTelco there are no Broadband set up fees and no Home Phone set up fees for compatible services on existing working landlines on the Telstra Network.

5. Exclusive Member Discounts

Just for our members, we give you 5% discount* off your monthly invoice if you have phone and internet with us, and 10% discount* off your monthly invoice if you add a mobile phone service. *Phone is Home Phone, Internet is ADSL, Mobile Broadband.

6. No Extra Admin Fees

We've eliminated those annoying extra admin fees for all Club Members. As a ClubTelco member as long you pay your bills on time you will receive:

8. Flexible Payment Options

When you join ClubTelco we require an automatic payment on your first invoice. Once your first invoice has been paid, you can choose the Flexible payment option that suits you, whether it's by Direct Debit, BPay, Cheque, Online or over the counter at Australia Post, the choice is yours! All we ask is that you pay your account by the due date.

9. Assistance When You Move

We know that moving can be stressful. That's why we won't charge you anything to set up your new service at your new home (unless you require a physical connection/install on the Telstra network) and we'll also credit the monthly fee for your broadband and homephone service for the first month after you move.
