Important Information - Terms & Conditions
When signing up with ClubTelco you will be required to pay for the first month's service upfront. The charge for the service and your payment will both appear on the first invoice that is generated after you make your payment.

ClubTelco require an automatic payment on a customer's first invoice. After the first invoice payment is received customers can select which payment method they prefer for future payments.

You can call us to activate your SIM card. If you do not call us within 7 days from the date of dispatch of your SIM, we will automatically activate your SIM for you. Charges for your service commence from the date of activation. If you do require a replacement SIM card a $10 fee (including delivery) applies.

Mobile service use is subject to our Mobile Fair Go Policy and Club Telco acts as a reseller of Optus mobile services. Club Telco is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.

# For Club $500 Value, Club $700 Value & Club Mega Value plan: Excess data is charged at current data rates (3c per MB) once included data allocation has been exceeded. Any data not used in the billing month does not roll over.

^ Certain call types and premium services are excluded from the included plan value and will be charged at the above rates. Examples of such services include, but are not limited to, 1900 or 0055 numbers, call diversions and premium SMS services.

* Unlimited ClubTelco to ClubTelco calls are only available to ClubTelco customers making calls from "Club Value" to "Club Value" plans. Unlimited Calls are not available when making calls to customers on other Club Telco mobile plans.

Mobile users should be aware that International roaming charges may be higher than charges for international calls from Australia and data usage may be more expensive then usage within Australia. Users may also be charged for both making and receiving calls while overseas. If you are outside of our network coverage, we will not be able to provide you with a mobile service.
