Billing Support - Payment Options

Here at ClubTelco we like to offer our customers Flexible payment options. When you first sign up with ClubTelco we do require an auto payment on your first invoice, after that we let you pay however you like whether it's by Direct Debit, BPay, Cheque, Online or over the counter at Australia Post, the choice is yours! All we ask is that you pay your account by the due date

Pay by direct debit from your bank account or credit card each month. Download a direct debit form or call us on 13TELCO (13 8352)

Post the 'Payment Options' slip with your cheque to PO Box 631, Collins Street West, MELBOURNE VIC 8007. Cheques should be made payable to: ClubTelco Pty Ltd

Simply present your invoice at any Australia Post outlet to pay.

Pay your ClubTelco invoice via your bank's internet or phone banking services with BPAY.

Pay your invoice over the phone with your credit card - Visa Card or MasterCard. Simply call 13TELCO (13 8352).

ClubTelco's payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payment fees may apply and ClubTelco reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. If you pay by Direct Debit and a credit has been raised on your account after the invoice is generated and before the due date the amount that is debited will be the balance owing minus the credit amount.
